Job description, responsibilities and duties

Detailed overview

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents (commercial contacts, employment contracts, partnership agreements etc)

  • Advise management on legal matters across the Group

  • Provide corporate secretarial tasks with respect to the Group companies

  • Track regulatory changes and keep stakeholders informed

  • Manage global IP registrations for Group companies

  • Work with external counsel on legal proceedings and specialist advice

  • Support cross-border and domestic transactions

  • Qualified lawyer with 3+ years’ experience (international law firm background preferred)

  • Confident drafting and negotiation skills (commercial & employment contracts)

  • Solid command of written and spoken English

  • Basic knowledge of English law

  • Experience managing or supporting court cases is a plus
