Job Summary

  Key Responsibilities

  Kitchen Management

  - Plan, organize, and direct all aspects of kitchen operations

  - Develop and update seasonal menus in collaboration with management

  - Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation

  - Oversee food preparation and cooking processes

  - Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards (HACCP compliance)

  Team Leadership

  - Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff

  - Create work schedules and manage shift assignments

  - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback

  - Mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff

  - Foster a positive and productive kitchen environment

  Inventory & Cost Control

  - Monitor food costs and maintain budget targets

  - Order ingredients and kitchen supplies

  - Manage inventory and minimize food waste

  - Negotiate with suppliers for quality products at competitive prices

  - Control portion sizes and recipe consistency

  Quality & Compliance

  - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
